What We Can Cut
The maximum size of our laser bed is 73cm x 43cm. If you are supplying your own materials please ensure that they are cut to size to fit the bed, they can not overlap the edges of the bed.
PAPER LASER CUTTING
All types of paper and card can be cut. We also have a large stock of colours available to purchase.
FABRIC LASER CUTTING
All types of fabric can be cut and some engraved. Send us your samples for a test run.
WOOD LASER CUTTING
Maximum thickness for cutting is 4mm. Engraving can be done on most wood surfaces after testing.
We can also cut plastics, including perspex and acrylic, contact us for further information.
WHAT MATERIALS DO WE WORK WITH?
Below is a materials list to consider when designing your work, we have worked with a large variety of materials for different applications and can advise you on suitable materials for cutting and engraving.
If you are supplying your own materials, we would always recommend carrying out some tests for cutting and engraving before the final project is carried out and would suggest that you send in your sample materials for testing. Please send details of this within your enquiry.

Maximum sheet size: 720mm x 430mm
Many types of wood can be engraved and other woods such as MDF, veneer can be cut.
Other wooden items can also be engraved.

ACRYLIC

Acrylic is the ideal plastic to use for many projects including signage, promotional materials and jewellery.
LEATHER & FABRIC
Maximum size: 720mm x 430mm
Leather achieves great results when etched and both leather and fabric have a clean edge when laser cut.
PLASTIC LAMINATE
Maximum size: 720mm x 430mm
Material thicknesses: up to 3mm
Perfect for engraved legends and signage.

Mylar is a flexible plastic which allows us to cut thin stencils for various applications.
